Overview: modern motor Superyacht that utilises the efficiencies of sail power. Atlas has been designed to be used with a combination of motor and / or sails, exploiting the obvious fuel saving benefits. The contemporary 110m 5 deck super yacht form is complimented by the sail arrangement, demonstrating the potential in merging Superyacht volume with the graceful elegance of a sailing yacht.

When using both motor and sails the vessel can cruise easily at 14 knots with a possible fuel saving of between 40% and 60%, coupled with an equivalent increase in range.

Heeling is limited to maintain the comfort expectations and characteristics of a motor powered Superyacht. Stabilisation under power and at anchor is provided by retractable active stabilisers, however, underway the natural damping of the sails offers energy free stabilisation.

Power is provided by a diesel electric power plant and is designed to be totally flexible with the sail power. The diesel electric combination can alone power the vessel to a maximum speed of 18 knots with a range without sail assist of 8000 Nautical miles.

Overview:  The 7CS was designed primarily as an overtly luxurious cruiser, boasting an accommodation layout that aims to re-create the same levels of space and comfort an owner would receive in their own home.
Tried and tested ideas from the automotive world were borrowed in order to satiate Drive’s desire to challenge traditional superyacht proportions including lines and graphical breakup.

Among her design highlights are a sunken pool; Jacuzzi; helipad; unique interior atrium, and accommodations for 12 guests and 24 crew.

The sunken pool is located forward and features a retractable cover for swimming in less-than-perfect weather, while Drive is currently engineering an arrangement that would allow a helicopter to be garaged to maximize deck space.

With her unique-shaped hull and reverse bow, Drive estimates the cruising speed of the 7CS to be over 20 knots with a range of approximately 5,500 nautical miles.

The initial design for the 125 metre super yacht was shown by Drive at the 2008 Monaco Yacht Show after which they further developed the yacht’s design in light of feedback received at the Show as well as from supplier input.

It is anticipated more details will be released soon along with visuals of the interior space.

Drive Design is a digital imagery company that aims to bring the complex creative ideas of creative teams to life through their application of technical knowledge and visualisers.

They have designed sea-going vessels prior to the 7Cs including a range of small motor boats and large yachts over 50 metres.

Overview: A totally unique superyacht, with panoramic windows, shell doors, in-out swimming pool. This yacht has a generous pool, extended at the infinity end by a decorative waterfall and equipped with a current generator. There is the option of a rising pool floor to extend available deck for banquets and parties.

The dining room caters for up to 20 guests in banquet configuration. Additionally, there is a smaller dining area catering for up to 12 guests, and set-up to double as a conference area. Both these facilities are available at the main deck adjacent to a dedicated library and writing room/IT room.

The yacht is equipped with a variety of offices, including a ship’s office, owner office, guest writing room and adjoining secretary’s room, ship’s office communications and navigation, staff office, etc.

There is a dedicated cinema room which can convert to an additional private saloon.

In addition to a spectacularly large guest gymnasium surrounding the glass walls of the transparent pool sides, there are steam room, sauna, massage, hair and nail and medical facilities, as well as “his and hers” changing areas. Further, there is a dedicated crew gymnasium.

There is a helipad facility at the foredeck.

The yacht has a total of 11 double guest cabins, so potentially can cater for up to 22 guests. The owner’s cabin is sited in an exclusive owner’s deck, and enjoys his and hers changing rooms and bathrooms, as well as a private owner’s lounge. There is also a spectacular full beam VIP cabin with his and hers changing rooms and bathrooms. Six of the guest cabins can be consolidated, such that rather than just a cabin with attached ensuite bathroom, they would also end up with an integral private saloon and additional his or hers ensuite bathroom. All other guest cabins also have generous ensuite bathrooms. Additionally, there are 14 double crew cabins, all with ensuite bathrooms, catering for up to 28 crew.

In addition to the pool, there is a spectacular hot tub/Jacuzzi at the owner’s deck, as well as a further Jacuzzi within the VIP quarters.

This quite unique yacht was conceived by Ken Freivokh Design in response to an enquiry from Dunya Yachts with the stated intent of achieving the optimum layout and facilities possible at the size whilst retaining a strong and bold appearance quite distinct from the current crop of more conventional yachts in the 85 to 95m bracket.

The purposeful look is a direct result of developing large panoramic glass on key internal spaces, to achieve a powerful balance between the steel structure and the transparency of the glazed curtain walls and bulwarks.

The yacht has been conceived to truly open to the sea – key real estate areas at the lower decks are devoted to the enjoyment of the water, garaging of an amazing collection of tenders and toys, large expanses of beach and gym facilities which open on all sides with shell doors creating extended bathing platforms – all surrounding an all glass swimming pool spanning two decks.

Whilst handsome guest facilities have been created to offer a wide variety of saloons, conference areas, office and IT dedicated areas, secretarial facilities and entertainment and sport areas over two decks, the higher decks provide a number of more private saloons and finally, the owners enjoy a 100% private top deck, with 360 degree views all round. The owners stateroom is completely private, enjoying forward and side views, whilst the associated owner and family saloon opens to a private deck aft. A further saloon can be accessed at bridge deck level.
In addition to 13m and 10m Pascoe limousine tenders, there is also provision for a Pascoe 7.5m tender and 6.2m rescue and utility tender, in addition to garaging for jetskis and other water toys. The transport facilities are further enhanced by a helipad forward and more than 50m of docking facilities which make this unique yacht a great entertainment and partying platform.
Technically, the yacht is a veritable tour de force, with dedicated computer and monitoring areas, and the efficient propulsion package provides excellent speed and range, further enhance by the extended waterline length extended by the elegant and purposeful plumb bow.
