Overview: The project was developed for an owner keen to explore a number of lateral thinking possibilities within a highly efficient, sleek 100m displacement motor yacht.
The accommodation brief was ambitious, even for a 100m yacht, and particularly so for a low profile, streamlined and elegant yacht: The owner required a full helicopter hangar, a handsome size swimming pool and gymnasium convertible to a disco, a full blown cinema and a dedicated owner’s deck.

The Freivokh team proposed an unusual solution aimed at creating a spectacular guest space which required less internal volume compared with the typical Superyacht array of multiple similar saloons located on every deck. Instead, the Stealth design allocates maximum resources and volume to a single, amazing double height saloon including a library, office and corporate amenities on an open plan mezzanine. All guest areas overlook the aft terraces and water features which have been developed as the key focal point, whilst the helicopter hangar, tender garages and shell doors have been sited at the optimum location for launching and recovery.

Whilst the unusual solution creates a particularly attractive area aft, a Superyacht is expected to cater for a variety of interests at all times. Sporting and intense activity areas are best kept apart from the aft terraces associated with less frenetic activities, so a new area has been set up forward of the bridge, designed to be well sheltered, to incorporate a very acceptable size swimming pool with a current generator, and a handsome gymnasium which opens to the pool. To create the right backdrop, there is a waterfall feature which leads to the elevated deck over the helicopter hangar.

The unique approach does not limit itself to rationalising the different areas – there is extensive use of half levels within the open plan layout, so the transition between the various guest areas is a gradual and interesting sequence, rather than the more usual corridors and segregated stairs.

Placing the helipad and hangar forward may be the ideal solution to avoid interfering with guest enjoyment of the areas forward and aft of the main superstructure, but potentially would mean that the landing pad is simply not wide enough. To overcome this, the Freivokh team has designed the deck to hinge out, which in turn allows the hangar sole to rise level with the hinge-out sections, creating an excellent landing facility which exceeds the stipulated requirements. The forward mast is a telescopic structure, which fully retracts when the helipad is about to be used.

The cinema, placed at tank top level includes an underwater viewing area to enhance even further the scope of enjoyable features available to the guests. Further, the extensive tender garage has been designed to house a pair of 10m Pascoe tenders in addition to a 6.2m general purpose Pascoe shuttle and a 6.2m SOLAS Pascoe rescue boat. The shell doors hinge out to create further beach and landing areas both sides.

The yacht has been designed to maximise waterline length, with an aggressive sectional reverse bow and extended aft platform, optimising displacement speeds and efficiency.

Overview: A sleek, yet elegant superstructure is home to 7+1 decks providing vast sunshaded spaces for anything from representative staterooms, conference rooms, helicopter hangar, dive clubs, cinemas, lounges up to private spas and sport club and submarines.

Early in the development we realized that one needs to depart from conventional layouts, the size of the ship dictates for example that the central boarding will happen sideways and not as usual via the stern. This allows it, to use the stern for sport and beach clubs with large aft facing windows.

When boarding by gangway or in luxury by helicopter, guests are welcomed in the lobby of an atrium style staircase, inspired by the great staircases usually found in manor houses and chateaus. This spectacular staircase provides the elegant link for all decks to be used by owner, VIP and guests. A central glass lift takes the visitors to their destination deck, or even to the onboard skywalk observation platform right under the mainmast., 24m above the sea, where one can gaze over the horizon or dare to walk over the glassed walkway above the central aft staircase.

The bridge deck, which is located right underneath the upper helicopter deck, provides also an enclosed hangar for the helicopter and accommodation for captain, air pilots and a pilot.

Below on the private owners deck you’ll find the huge master stateroom with adjoin dressing, bathrooms spa & hamam.
Forward facing follows a private dining space and a games area featuring Billiard and Poker tables as well as an open fireplace. Of course there is also a private gym and office spaces as well as offices for personal staff and security.

All primary public spaces are located on the upper deck. The further forward you progress through this flight of rooms the more exclusive and spectacular becomes the environment. Conference rooms are followed by a dining-hall with stage, private lounges, all terminating in an exclusive nightclub with a spectacular forward facing panoramic window and tent style ceiling structure. The foredeck is providing space for a generous party balcony as well as for an exterior crew recreational area at a lower, view tight level. All walkways are considerably wider than on smaller yachts to underline the luxury of a spacious layout.

MY WORLD will accommodate its 34 passengers in utmost luxury. There are 6 VIP Cabins with private balconies, 9+1 guest cabins and a fully private upper deck. 64 crew, comprised of captain, officers, air pilots, service and security staff and ratings cater for any needs the guests or owner might have.

All VIP and guest accommodation is located on the main deck, as are the associated semi-public spaces such as sports & beach club & cinema. A second central staircase separates the VIP area from the guest area.

Below this deck at last, you’ll find three service decks with crew accommodation, stores and the primary technical spaces.

Beside the typical amenities boasts the crew accommodation with a fully equipped sportsclub, a cinema and a webcafe.

Close to the aft staircase and dive club we arranged a complete hospital with operating theatre, decompression chambers and sick bay. The dive club has a split layout with guest area and dive preparation space for the crew. The diveclub has large port & starboard terraces with integrated hydraulic stairs to the sea. A multitude of tenders, jet skis, amphibious car and a limousines are stored in dedicated garages.

All this is topped by two 5 person submarines ready to launch invisibly through a moonpool in the bottom of the hull.

The propulsion concept of this vessel is diesel electric, with azimuth thrusters. The azimuth system allows efficient propulsion while ensuring also an optimized operation of the dynamic positioning system.

MY WORLD truly creates a world on its own for the owner wanting to set its on marks in the world.
